Terms & Conditions 

All merchandise will be shipped by U.S. mail or UPS Ground, unless otherwise selected from other options available and agreed to. 

If you are located outside the continental United States, once we have your order we will advise you of the freight charges. If they are acceptable, please let us know and your credit card will be charged accordingly. 

Special promotions, (discounts) apply to merchandise only and not freight. If any items ordered are out of stock, we will advise you and if you would like the available merchandise, we will be happy to ship this and cancel the balance. 

All claims must be made within ten days of shipment. If you have any questions, please send them to braza@brazabra.com
